This update file is available in the Software Download section of APC's web site.The Enterprise Manager v3.11 update file provides a security patch for the bundled Apache Web Server and adds two main features to the application:Realtime status monitoring of APC MasterSwitch units, including MasterSwitch, MasterSwitch plus, and MasterSwitch VM units.Ability to monitor and inventory APC UPSs which are connected to servers running PowerChute plus for NT/2000 or Netware, without the need of an SNMP agent. Customers who have an installed base of PowerChute plus servers, but failed to install the SNMP agent can now centrally monitor these units via Enterprise Manager v3.11.
