Accessible Customer Service

THINQ Technologies Ltd. is committed to serving all customers, including people with disabilities.

Assistive devices

We ensure that our staff is trained and familiar with various assistive devices that may be used by customers while accessing our goods or services.

Communication

We will communicate with people with disabilities in ways that take into account their disability.

Service animals

We welcome people with disabilities, as well as their service animals on any part of our premises that is open to the public.

Support persons

A person with a disability who is accompanied by a support person will be allowed to have that person accompany them on our premises into any areas that are open to the public. We will not charge fees for support persons.

Notice of temporary disruption

If planned, THINQ Technologies Ltd. will give notice of temporary disruptions to our services or facilities used by persons with disabilities, including the reason for the disruption, expected duration and description of alternative facilities or services if available.

Training

THINQ Technologies Ltd. will provide accessible customer service training to all employees who deal with the public or other third parties on their behalf. Training will also be provided to people involved in the development of policies, plans, practices and procedures related to the provision of our goods and services within their probation period after being hired.

Feedback process

Customers who wish to provide feedback on the way THINQ Technologies Ltd. provides goods and services to people with disabilities are encouraged to contact us via e-mail or phone.

Modifications to this or other policies

Any policy, practice or procedure of THINQ Technologies Ltd. that does not respect and promote the dignity and independence of people with disabilities will be modified or removed.
