Greg is responsible for the strategic direction of the company as well as leading the executive leadership team. He guides the strategic planning process which is influenced by ongoing customer and market research. Greg is actively engaged in high-level operational aspects of the business and over the past 25 years has been involved in all key functional areas at DirectDial.com.

Under Greg's leadership, net sales in North America increased 30% in 2022 amid a global pandemic and an exceedingly volatile market. Greg is accelerating DirectDial.com’s strategy to become a leading solutions provider, fully leveraging the company’s broad portfolio of hardware, software and services to deliver impactful outcomes to our clients.


Bill King - COO & Vice-President

Bill is the Chief Operations Officer of DirectDial.com. Bill joined the company in 2001, and during his tenure Bill has led our North American Account Management Team as Vice-President Sales as well as General Manager from 2005-2022. In 2023, Bill was promoted to the role of Chief Operations Officer and has since taken on dual roles as both VP Sales and COO. Bill is also responsible for the manufacturer and distribution relationship in North America for the company.

Bill holds a diploma in Administration and Information Management from Ryerson University.

With more than two decades of service to his credit, Stefan is one of DirectDial.com’s longest serving employees. Stefan has been referred to as the "Oracle" at DirectDial.com. Stefan possesses the power of foresight, which he uses to advise and guide the direction of the companies Information Technology. Over the past 20+ years, Stefan and his programming team have written all the organizations propriety applications and Stefan has played an active role in vendor integration, AI tools, SEO, cyber security, managed services, supply chain integration and middleware software development.

Stefan holds a degree in Computer Science from Western University.


Katherine Hogan - Vice-President Marketing

Katherine was appointed to the role of Vice-President of Marketing in 2021 and is responsible for leading the North American Go-to-Market Relationships with our 400+ active manufacturer partners. Since joining our organization in 2010 as Marketing Manager, Katherine has held several roles throughout the marketing department. Katherine and her teams mandate is to deliver everything creative such as graphic design, advertising as well as product and service promotions, ecommerce content creation and brand identity.

Katherine has a degree in Psychology from The University of Guelph.

Rus’s objective is to provide a seamless customer experience from solution conception through design, to implementation and ongoing support of our comprehensive services portfolio to our customers across Canada.

Rus has a BA in Marketing from SAIT Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
